Paihia

Next - we met up with a friend from home also travelling around the north island, and headed up to the Coromandel Peninsula, right around the top of the island. One of the most beautiful coast lines I think NZ has. We had a great few days there, dolphin watching (nearly swimming, ready to go in but you're not allowed if there are baby dolphins in the pod) bbqs, cider, kayaking around the bays and lots of sunshine!!
